Delivery and return policy
DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, Scorpionstac.com will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays - so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from the dispatch of your order from our warehouse.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information with a link to track your package. Please check the tracking information for your expected delivery date and time.
Unless you select a timed delivery slot, deliveries can be anytime between 8:00am and 7:00pm, although this can vary. If you are not going to be in for the scheduled delivery as per your tracking details, you should be able to rearrange your delivery directly with the courier by following the instructions on the email. Please note that local Collection Points can hold your package for up to a maximum of 10 calendar days.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please kindly note that for all orders delivered outside of the UK duties and taxes may apply. The recipient of the package is responsible for these charges and they may need to pay the courier company directly in order to complete delivery. Customs clearance can result in delivery delays which are outside of Scorpionstac.com control. We suggest you check with your local customs authority to find out more before placing your order.
RETURNS
Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!
If you would like to return your Scorpionstac.com product for refund or exchange, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the relevant item(s) has not been handled or used and is returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We ask that you contact us first so that we can discuss the return of your package.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches us so always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
